BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with the Community Kitchen at 727 East 11th Street as a recipient of Emergency Shelter Grant Funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $36,000.00 for essential services and operating costs.
